A part of ‘Connected Care’ whos goal is to create a holistic healthcare experience that intrinsically connects Bupa’s services. Helping solve for the complexities of a health insurer stepping into the healthcare space through designed experiences — creating thoughtful, accessible experiences that enable, transform, and respect its audience.
2018 — 2023
Nine Entertainment Co.
Re-designed Australia’s leading business and finance publication, the Australian Financial Review. Including the re-imagination of brand direction and visual language. Designed and maintained a modular design system and guiding principles for seamless cross-platform experiences.
Led large product design initiatives end to end, including Search, Notifications and ‘Newsfeed’. Concepting wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototype artefacts to better communicate with development teams. Well versed in accessibility practices, developing inclusive-first products and actively involved in research, analysis and experimentation for ongoing optimisation. Organised workshops and presentations with stakeholders, to encourage better engagement and develop highly collaborative relationships.

One of the first design hires of the ‘blue team’↗, re-envisioning core Metro web products, including The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, BrisbaneTimes and WAToday. Working closely with all different facets of the business, including product directors, research, technologists, journalists and editors, subscription and commercial - developing strong relationships to design a sustainable future for independent journalism together.
